Arrive in Rome, proceed through customs and collect your luggage. You’ll be warmly welcomed by a local assistant before setting off on a guided visit to the awe-inspiring Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, believed to house the remains of St. Paul himself. Experience the solemnity and reverence of this ancient site, with an opportunity for a private Mass. Afterward, settle into the comfort of your religious house for a welcoming dinner and a restful overnight stay.

After breakfast, explore some of Rome’s most significant basilicas, beginning with the Archbasilica of St. John Lateran—the papal throne’s seat and the oldest of the papal basilicas. Continue to the majestic St. Mary Major, Rome’s largest church dedicated to the Virgin Mary, with a possible private Mass. After a leisurely lunch, enjoy a panoramic tour en-route to the Vatican, where you’ll be guided through the grandeur of St. Peter’s Basilica and Square.

In the morning, you’ll attend the Papal Audience at the Vatican, a profound experience for every pilgrim. In the afternoon, a panoramic bus tour will take you through ancient Rome’s historic sites before returning to the religious house.

Day 5: LANCIANO / SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO THU, 14 SEPT 2026
After breakfast, check out of your accommodation and Depart Rome for San Giovanni Rotondo, with a special stop in Lanciano to visit the Shrine of the Eucharistic Miracle, where a possible private Mass may be celebrated. This visit is a beautiful moment to reflect and connect. Arrive in San Giovanni Rotondo and check in to your accommodation.

Day 6: CHURCH OF SANTA MARIA DELLE GRAZIE FRI, 15 SEPT 2026
After breakfast, start your day with a private Mass in the historic church, followed by a guided visit of the new church and the convent where Padre Pio’s mission flourished. See the crucifix where he received the stigmata in 1918 and the confessional where he provided spiritual guidance to countless pilgrims. In the afternoon, visit the Shrine of St. Michael at Monte Sant’Angelo, with an option for private Mass.

Day 7: ASSISI / ST. FRANCIS BASILICA SAT, 16 SEPT 2026
After breakfast, check out of your accommodation and transfer to Assisi and meet with the guide for a visit the tomb of St. Francis in the Basilica dedicated to the saint in Assisi. Explore the quaint hilltop birthplace of St. Francis that still retains something of the atmosphere of the early 1200s, the period when the saint began his ministry. Contained within the huge 13th-century Basilica is many of the saint’s possessions and a series of frescoes by Giotto depicting his life. After a look at the ancient Roman temple, go to the Basilica of St. Clare to see the saint’s incorrupt body. The foundress of the Order of Poor Clares followed the teachings of St. Francis by living a life of poverty and humility. Celebrate possible private Mass in St. Clare or in St. Francis Basilica.
Enjoy time at leisure for private devotion with the option to visit St. Damiano church, where the crucifix spoke to St. Francis. On foot or by taxi you will continue to your accommodation and check in.

A possible private Mass may be celebrated here. Finally, enjoy some leisure time before transferring to Rome Airport for departure, taking with you unforgettable memories and deep spiritual renewal.
