Thank you Micasa for organising our Pilgrimage in the professional manner, I was so excited and on arrival at the airport was meet by beautiful and God fearing Pilgrims, the Micasa Agent welcomed us and we received our packages, thank you for the bags and everything we received, I felt that our group was special as had to attend Masses everyday in special places, everything was well organised for us.

Please next time ensure that you check everything or make s check list of things to give to Pilgrims, I didn’t receive my name tag and was disappointed in-fact we were three that did not receive. Thank you again snd God Bless Micasa Tours, we can’t wait for our next Pilgrimage.

it has not been an easy road due to unforseen circumstances of covid. pilgrims had cancelled some have passed away, but OUR LORD kept us strong and in Faith.

 The Pilgrimage was absolutely mind blowing, I was so moved that I cannot explain myself and my inner being , I was so emotional  and filled with the spirit, every moment and step I took  filled me with warmth never mind the heat.

I would to take this opportunity to thank  Micasa Tours , inspirational Tours and our Tour guide Samir, not forgetting  Farus who was our excellent driver in those narrow streets.The service which was supplied by you all was unbelievable and excellent , this also included the wonder Egypt tour guides , who were so patient with us.

 We accepted a warm vibrant welcome by all , the front  desk of hotels, staff at dinner, and just everyone was  awesome, always seeing smiling faces laughter is just what was needed especially in a foreign place.

The pilgrimage was well planned with diligence from beginning to end, thank you Micasa, however it seemed to be very compressed because of the flights which basically took up a day , as we never know what unforeseen circumstance can  happen at check in points , maybe this should be taken into consideration, as this will then give us a full comprehensive pilgrimage , but package you offered was excellent and perfect”

“Good afternoon.

 This was my first pilgrimage.

It was everything I expected and much more.

I learned a lot about the cultures and food in Israel and especially what we went for, walking in the path of Jesus. Our your guide Samir was extraordinarily excellent and so was Fares our driver.

I was in awe with all the religious sites that we visited but would’ve liked more time at some sites. At the tomb of Jesus we had the privilege of having mass inside the tomb but not everyone got a chance to be inside the tomb where Father had mass and I found this unfair as we would’ve all liked to experience the actual place where Jesus was laid to rest.

The hotels were good especially Mary’s Well in Nazareth. You should consider changing the hotel from Bethlehem to Jerusalem as 95% of the sites are based there. Check point was a little disturbing. 

Micasa was very helpful in assisting me with any questions and believe me I had many. Your service was very good and if I had to do all over again, I would choose you.”

Thank you for your mail asking for feedback and thank you to you and your company for working out an outstanding pilgrimage.  I can only say that  everything was so well planned that it amazed me.  The holy sites were fascinating and, in every place, where I said Mass I was warmly welcomed and everything was well prepared.  Accommodation and food was superb.  Raj our guide was super and was always punctual, informative and kind.  Our drivers were skilled and helpful.  Turkish Airlines also rendered an outstanding service. The new Istanbul Airport is huge.  We did a such lot and met so many interesting characters in the short time we were on pilgrimage.  From my side I give you all 10 out of 10.
